Tokyo: Detour and myDetour authors support lettera27
After stops in London, New York, Paris, Berlin and Istanbul, Detour and myDetour are now approaching Tokyo.
From October 16th to November 4th 2009, Detour, the Moleskine project dedicated to culture and creativity, featuring illustrated notebooks from internationally acclaimed artists, architects, film directors, graphic designers, illustrators and writers, is at the MoMA Design Store of Omotesando, Tokyo: GYRE 3F, 5-10-1 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Have a look at the pictures and videos of the opening event.

myDetour is a traveling exhibition dedicated to new talents that takes place together with Moleskine's Detour exhibitions. Anyone who loves to paint, take photos, illustrate, write or create freely can participate from October 16th to November 4th, 2009 : five partner bookshops and design stores in Tokyo will collect decorated notebooks through special boxes. Everyone is invited to submit his work at Cibone, Aoyama Book Center, Spiral, Nadiff, Tsutaya.

The author of the best notebook, selected by our jury, will be invited to the next Detour city in 2010. Some of the best notebooks from previous selections will be shown in the five partner stores in Tokyo.

Detour and myDetour authors support lettera27 by donating their notebook. These notebooks are a valuable contribution, which enriches the Foundation’s legacy offering to us and our partners the wonder and the strength of art within a knowledge-sharing context.
